Praying for Vocations
There are many opportunities within our archdiocese and parishes.
Prayer for Vocations.
Almighty Father,
Grant us the grace to recognize the purpose for which You created each of us.
Give us the wisdom and courage to follow the path You have planned for us in this life.
Make our parish, homes and hearts
fruitful ground for Your gift of vocations.
Stir among our men a desire to be good and holy priests and deacons.Bless us with women and men called to the religious life. Strengthen those called to live chaste single lives. Strengthen those called to live as faithful husbands and wives. They are a sign of Christ’s love for his Church.
We commend our prayer for vocations to You, Father. We do so through the intercession of Mary our Mother. We pray in the Holy Spirit. This is through Christ our Lord. Amen.
